Since XIX Century
After the 1st World War
my great grandmother collect all the rubble and build a wood oven.
She use to Light up the oven every day at the same time and hosting the people that want to bake theyr owne bread and pizza.
After few year she collect the best recipe and create our family business

It took more then 2 year to relize our first PizzaTruck .
To fit everything we need inside a truck was the biggest effort but technology and know how in the end created a unique and amazing product.
